Job Purpose

Lucideon is a global leader in materials science, internationally recognized for decades of innovation and technical excellence across aerospace, energy, healthcare, ceramics, and other advanced sectors.

In this strategic commercial role, you will:

  • Shape and execute the U.S. Advanced Materials growth strategy
  • Identify and develop new markets and partnerships
  • Acquire new clients and expand relationships across multiple sectors
  • Leverage Lucideon’s advanced development facilities and global scientific expertise
  • Bring high‑value, high‑impact solutions to market
  • Travel across the U.S. to engage customers and partners

This is a growth mission—not a transactional field sales job. You will help define the future of Lucideon’s U.S. Advanced Materials business.

Key Person Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Direct scientific or technical experience in Advanced Materials (required)
  • Experience with or selling technical services aligned with Lucideon’s proposition
  • Ability to be regularly present at Lucideon’s Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC sites
