The Role

As a Technical Sales Specialist – Advanced Materials, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lucideon’s presence across the U.S. market. This is not a transactional sales role — you’ll work closely with technical experts to shape credible, high‑value solutions that address complex customer challenges.

You will:

  • Lead technical sales and business development activities for Advanced Materials in the U.S.
  • Support new market development and strategic growth opportunities across priority sectors
  • Identify, develop, and convert opportunities in areas including nuclear (SMRs), aerospace, defense, alloys, and advanced ceramics
  • Build long‑term, trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal technical teams
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer value propositions
  • Collaborate with global experts to bring advanced materials solutions to market
  • Travel across the U.S. to engage customers and support business growth
