We are seeking a full‑time, detail‑oriented Finance Coordinator to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role plays a crucial part in supporting technical, administrative, and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Purpose of the Role
The Finance Coordinator will provide essential support across job & sample login, purchasing, shipping/receiving, finance support activities. This role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset to support multiple departments effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Job & Sample Login
- Enter and manage client sample and job information in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Ensure complete and accurate entry of all technical data.
Purchasing
- Create and process purchase orders for testing, shipping, and operational needs.
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming samples and materials.
- Maintain accurate data within internal systems.
General
- Perform finance-related administrative support tasks as assigned.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Uphold ES&H standards through good housekeeping and safety practices.
- Maintain positive, courteous, and professional relationships with all levels of contact.
- Contribute to a customer service‑oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A business-related education or equivalent relevant
Experience
- Experience with Quality Management systems such as ISO 17025 or similar.
- Previous administrative finance support experience.
- Familiarity with data management systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
